油市周评：油价本周飙升接近10%，需求前景依然堪忧但库存却明显下滑
周六(9月19日)当周美油价格大幅攀升，当周美油上涨3.59美元，涨幅9.6%。油价上涨，主要受到两方面因素支撑，一个是以沙特为首的主要产油国通过各种方式力保油价，另外一个就是全球原油库存出现明显的下降。
不过也有限制油价上涨的因素，那就是全球原油市场的需求前景仍然较为悲观。综合以上因素考虑，目前市场上对油价未来前景的预测仍然存在很大的分歧。
