智通财经APP获悉，鑫苑置业（XIN.US，以下简称“鑫苑”，）宣布完成发行3亿美元、2023年到期的优先票据，票据在新加坡交易所上市，发行价格为本金金额100%加上应计利息，票据年利率为14.5%。
这些票据通过鑫苑若干子公司股本质押进行担保。鑫苑拟将发行票据所得收益用于若干现有离岸债务进行再融资，以及用于一般公司用途。
