智通财经APP获悉，周五，知情人士透露，美国成人杂志《花花公子》的拥有者花花公子企业(Playboy Enterprises)正在探讨重新上市方案，其中包括通过与空白支票公司(SPAC)合并上市。花花公子企业曾是纽约股票交易所的上市公司，于2011年退市。
消息人士称，花花公子企业正与一家投资银行合作，与SPAC的潜在买家进行讨论。其中一位消息人士表示，如果达成交易，花花公子将获得所需的资金。不过，消息人士表示，该交易有可能不会实现。花花公子首席执行官Ben Kohn没有立即回应置评请求。
1953年创立《花花公子》杂志的休·赫夫纳于2017年去世，享年91岁。根据PitchBook数据，他的家族在2018年以3500万美元的价格将《花花公子》35%的股份出售给了私募股权公司Rizvi Traverse。
