开放式基金型公司制度的修订生效
证券及期货事务监察委员会（证监会）今天宣布，《开放式基金型公司守则》的修订（注1）现已生效。这些修订包括香港私人开放式基金型公司不再受投资限制及放宽私人开放式基金型公司保管人的资格规定。
证监会已就实施经修订的开放式基金型公司制度向业界发出通函。由今天起，现有私人开放式基金型公司的保管人获给予六个月的过渡期，以确保他们遵守新订的妥善保管规定（注2）。
备注：
1. 《开放式基金型公司守则》的修订定稿载于2020年9月2日发布的《有关建议优化开放式基金型公司制度的谘询总结及有关客户尽职审查规定的进一步谘询》。有关修订已于今天刊宪，并即时生效。
2. 有关规定载于经修订的《开放式基金型公司守则》附录A。
