里昂证券股东投票反对业务结束
总部位于香港的外汇经纪商里昂证券（CLSA Premium Limited）周二（7月28日）发布了关于结束其业务的提案的投票结果，表明反对该提案的决定。
在今天早些时候的临时股东大会（EGM）上进行的投票过程中，80％的股东投票反对该提议。
总共投了1,502,230,311票，其中1,202,230,001票对提案投了反对票，而300000310票投了赞成票。如果75％的选票赞成，该决议将作为特别决议获得通过。
正式公告称：“截至临时股东大会之日，已发行股份总数为2033290000股，这是赋予股东权利出席临时股东大会并对该决议案投赞成或反对票的股份总数。”
概无股份赋予其持有人权利出席并仅可对上市规则第13.40条所载之决议案投反对票，且根据上市规则，概无股东须于股东特别大会上放弃对该决议案投票。
由于经纪人收到了一位股东的请购请求，因此进入了投票程序。此后，管理层还预计公司的财务业绩将更好，并为股东带来丰厚的回报。
值得注意的是，提出收购决议的股东持有公司已发行股本总数的14.75％。
该公司以前称为KVB昆仑金融集团有限公司，去年9月更名。
