俄罗斯卢布反转涨幅至历史新低
Investing.com - 隔夜俄罗斯央行加息未能缓解由于油价大跌和西方制裁导致的抛售压力，周二俄罗斯卢布兑美元跌至历史新低。
USD/RUB触及新高69.20，目前报65.05，早前最低至58.31。
昨日俄罗斯央行召开紧急会议，升息至17%，此前为10.5%，卢布兑美元反弹。
周一卢布下跌超10%。
周五美国国会同意了对于莫斯科的更加严厉的制裁措施并授权给乌克兰以武力援助，卢布遭到抛售。
对于油价大跌将给以能源为基础的俄罗斯经济以打击的猜测也给卢布以压力。
周二午盘布油跌至$60以下，为2009年5月以来首次，最低至$59.50。
俄罗斯主要出口商品石油价格的持续走低以及西方的制裁使得卢布走弱，导致通胀飙升，同时俄罗斯公司几乎全部被关停在全球金融市场之外。
上周俄罗斯央行警告称2015年第一季度通胀可能超过10%。11月通胀同比增长9.5%。
卢布兑欧元也达到历史低点，EUR/RUB报86.35，从昨日低点74.96回升。
