波士顿咨询集团（BCG）已聘请两名经验丰富的顾问——伊格纳西奥·塞拉（Ignacio Serra）和约瑟·米格尔·戈麦斯·里瓦斯（José Miguel Gómez Rivas），帮助加强其在西班牙的业务转型能力。
具体而言：
Ignacio Serra已加入波士顿咨询集团的马德里办事处，担任副总监一职。
他曾在FTI Consulting工作四年，此外，他还曾在四大会计师事务所普华永道(PwC)的战略咨询部门工作了5年。Serra领导了数十个复杂的转型项目，涉及战略、运营、绩效改善、转型和周转，为欧洲、北美和拉丁美洲的客户提供服务。
