最终判决！SEC责令Telegram缴还12.24亿美元非法所得！
美国证券交易委员会（SEC）即将结束对Telegram Group Inc.和TON Issuer Inc.的诉讼。
早些时候，SEC向纽约南部地区法院提交了拟议的最终判决。被告同意进入最终判决，而没有承认或否认SEC投诉的指控。
判决书指出，被告应共同缴还12.24亿美元的非法所得。 Telegram集团还将承担18,500,000美元的民事罚款。
在作出最终判决后，如果SEC获得信息表明，被告故意向SEC或相关方提供了重大虚假或误导性信息或材料，则SEC可全权酌情决定请法院下达命令，要求被告另外支付民事罚款，可不另行通知被告。
此外，法院还责令被告从最终判决书生效之日起三年内，在直接或间接参与“加密货币”、“数字硬币”、“数字代币”、分布式技术产品等发行或转让时，需提前45天告知SEC。
被告受到永久性约束，禁止其违反1933年《证券法》。
