最新！CySEC宣布将三家公司从投资者赔偿基金中除名
日前，塞浦路斯证券交易委员会（CySEC）发布了一份从其救生艇计划中取消的金融服务提供商清单。但是，这些经纪商的客户仍有权获得投资者赔偿基金（ICF）的保障。ICF保护受保客户的索赔，并在会员无法履行其财务义务时向他们提供赔偿。
ICF会员除名名单：资产管理公司AMG Kapital Ltd和Agentrisk Europe Limited，以及现已倒闭的外汇经纪商PFX Financial Professionals Ltd，后者经营着FXFINPRO Capital品牌。
CySEC表示：”ICF会员失去会员资格并不等于其客户失去了获得赔偿的权力。ICF会员所欠的任何未偿债务将继续存在，直到付清为止，无论其是否具有会员资格。”
CySEC已经启动了对FXFINPRO Capital客户的补偿程序，该公司的牌照已于2018年失效 。由于违反当地法律，PFX Financial Professional的高管还受到了监管禁令和罚款。
ICF下一步有可能邀请受保客户向PFX Financial Professional提出索赔，指定提出赔偿申请的程序和提交赔偿的截止日期。接下来，ICF至少在两家当地报纸上发布申请进度查看等详细信息。
