ASIC:纪律委员会决定取消Amanda Young的清算人资格
近日，澳洲证券及投资委员会(ASIC)在其官网公示，纪律委员会决定取消Amanda Young（阿曼达•杨）作为清算人的注册资格。
经调查，杨女士不当使用其职位，伪造账簿，并挪用四次清算中共计238,502.23美元的资金。她故意隐瞒自己的行为，包括伪造官方文件，误导和欺骗她的同事。
此前，ASIC已无限期暂停Amanda Young女士作为清算人的注册，自2018年12月18日起生效。
但委员会表示，鉴于杨女士屡次不当行为的严重性，她未能表达悔恨或悔恨，并且由于保护公众，特别是和普遍地阻止其他人从事类似行为的重要性，暂停她的职务是不合适的，而且有违公众利益。
