南非金融监管机构暂时吊销JP Markets的牌照
南非金融业行为监管局（FSCA）日前暂时吊销了外汇经纪商JP Markets SA的牌照，理由是该公司在处理客户取款时存在问题。FSCA收到了大量客户的投诉，他们表示无法取款。
FSCA表示，早在一年多前，有关JP Markets的投诉就已经源源不断。牌照被暂时吊销并不影响JP Markets处理客户的提款。 但在暂停牌照期间，该公司不得与任何人建立业务关系，不得接受任何新客户或提供任何服务。
FSCA还在考虑采取进一步的执法行动，并将在适当时候予以公开。暂停执行和可能采取的进一步执法行动将视其对本案的调查结果而定。
JP Markets自2016年以来一直在南非开展业务，获得该国金融服务委员会（FSC）的监管批准。该经纪商还在肯尼亚、巴基斯坦和孟加拉国设有业务。
FSCA明确指出，JP Markets未被授权成为场外衍生品供应商，因此，即使按照其业务的常规特征，该公司也不得“发起、发行、出售或建立场外衍生品市场”。
