伯利兹IFSC撤销Oasis Global FX的牌照
近日，伯利兹国际金融服务委员会（IFSC）撤消了Oasis Global FX的牌照。近5个月前，CFTC指控Oasis Global FX为庞氏骗局提供便利，监管机构暂停了该公司的交易。
根据CFTC的报告，该公司股东欺骗了700名投资者，使他们损失了超过7500万美元。
今年早些时候，CFTC指控Oasis Global FX的股东在2011年至2019年期间非法设立并经营一家零售外汇交易公司。
CFTC还表示，Oasis Global FX主动致电受害者，并说服他们将资金投资于该公司的外汇市场。这些诈骗者甚至还起草了业绩报告，谎称他们的资金池在2017年为投资者实现了约21%的年总回报率，在2018年为22%。
此外，为了支持欺诈，他们运营了一个庞氏骗局，他们向早期投资者支付2800万美元，声称这些钱是投资利润，但实际上是其他投资者的资金。
对于新参与者，Oasis Global FX承诺至少提供12%的年回报率，而实际上他们卷入了一场庞氏骗局。
