缩表是什么意思？为什么缩表比加息更可怕？
缩表，就是减少银行的负债，就是少贷款，就是意味着要把以前的贷款追回和把黑洞补上。以上势必要从市场中抽走大量流动性，比加息更直接。为什么？加息了，资本不一定立即回国，在外面投机赚的钱比那几个利息收入强得多或者在外面投机亏损了不愿意割肉。
这一举动，相对于催命符，相当于行政命令，直接釜底抽薪，把市场上的钱直接抽走，那么市场间资金流动就成问题了，会促使民间利息猛然上升。
美元流动性减少，会使得美元更值钱了，使美元升值，其他国家对美元会大幅贬值，从而使其他国家的投机资产出现长期熊市，外资当然要纷纷变现回国了。
