日本加密交易所bitFlyer成立区块链子公司
近日，总部位于东京的加密交易所bitFlyer的母公司bitFlyer Holdings宣布已成立一家新的全资子公司bitFlyer Blockchain。
顾名思义，新公司将专注于区块链技术。具体而言，bitFlyer Blockchain使用区块链技术提供规划、设计、开发和运营管理服务，并提供Web和应用程序服务。
bitFlyer希望借此进一步扩大区块链业务，加快增长。
bitFlyer Blockchain位于日本东京都港区赤坂9-7-1，注册资本（包括资本储备）为1亿日元（913,000美元）。
bitFlyer的CEO及联合创始人Yuzo Kano将担任子公司的CEO和代表董事，同时保留其在母公司董事的职位。
Kano的职业生涯非常丰富，他曾多次在高盛、法国巴黎银行证券日本子公司任职。他目前还是日本区块链协会的主任。
现任bitFlyer Holdings首席技术官（CTO）的Takofumi Komiyama将任新公司董事。
