南京证券中华通证券将在沪港通机制下交易
据香港交易所昨日公告，共计30只中华通证券将从今年12月17日（下周一）起在「沪港股票交易机制」(「沪港通」)下进行交易，并将会在同日被纳入成为中央结算系统合资格证券。
该中华通证券的买卖会根据中央结算系统一般规则及中央结算系统运作程序规则在中央结算系统的持续净额交收制度下以人民币进行结算及交收。香港结算将不会就中华通证券提供实物股票记存及提取服务。
据了解，南京证券有限公司也在其中。南京证券创建于1990年12月，由中国人民银行南京分行发起设立。2012年，南京证券变更为股份有限公司。今年6月13日，南京证券在上海证券交易所主板上市。
目前，南京证券业务范围涵盖证券经纪、证券承销与保荐、证券自营、证券资产管理、信用交易、场外市场、金融衍生品、互联网金融等诸多领域；拥有宁证期货（原南证期货）、富安达基金、巨石创投、宁夏股权托管交易中心等成员企业。
