尾随韩国！波兰虚拟货币交易草拟新规即将生效！
FX168财经报社(香港)讯 周三(01月24日)援引Finance Magnates报道，由于担忧相关操作涉及洗钱和逃税，波兰政府目前正计划对比特币给出规范。
政府部长们已经草拟出一份法律，对比特币和其他虚拟货币在反洗钱和反恐金融犯罪上划上界限。据悉，新的草拟法规虽未明确提及虚拟货币，但却给出了长串的责任单位名单。由此，比特币交易所和其他涉及虚拟货币交易的单位将被纳入业务主体。
根据反洗钱法的宽泛规定，提供比特币交易的线上交易平台需对交易用户在开户时进行风险和产品的明确告知，并判断交易者是否有足够风险承担能力，对相关可以交易操作作出上报。政府方面也对反洗钱法作出修正以确保虚拟货币企业运营活动受国家机构监管。
新规定于后三个月生效，但也有建议表示部分条款当于法律杂志发表日期18个月后生效。环顾全球，随着欧盟方面对立法虚拟货币领域的推进，澳大利亚和英国也在考虑对虚拟货币交易设立新规。
