Komentarnya dapat mempengaruhi volatilitas EUR dan menentukan tren positif atau negatif jangka pendek. Pandangannya yang hawkish dianggap positif atau bullish untuk EUR, sedangkan pandangannya yang dovish dianggap negatif atau bearish.
