12月非农数据显示薪资增速显著走低，且12月ISM非制造业PMI及11月工厂订单数据显著下滑，进一步缓解美联储加息压力，金价连续三周上涨，日内重点关注12月谘商会就业趋势指数，若数据不及预期，则金价有望再度上涨。

从黄金1H周期来看，金价上破压力线的压制，并走出加速上涨的势头，下方EMA30\60均线金叉向上，表明行情延续多头，日内建议回落低点尝试多单。

从白银1H周期来看，白银在下破上升趋势线后，早间亚盘再度站上趋势线，且下方EMA30\60均线金叉，表明行情重回多头，日内建议回落尝试多单。
