ForexClub：纽约免燃油税能减轻消费者高油价的压力吗?
今年为了应对高油价，纽约决定免除6月1日到今年年底的0.16美元/加仑燃油税。今天已12月12日了，ForexClub通过对比纽约的平均油价和美国的平均油价来验证这一政策是否有效?
根据能源信息署(EIA) 的数据，政策颁布之前截至6月1日，美国平均汽油零售价为每加仑 4.02 美元。当时纽约汽油的平均价格为每加仑 4.10 美元，相差 0.08 美元/加仑。
今年 6 月至 11 月，美国汽油平均价格为每加仑 4.22 美元。纽约的平均价格也是每加仑 4.22 美元。因此，与美国平均价格相比，每加仑下降了 0.08 美元。
如果汽油免税期非常有效，我们预计每加仑汽油与美国平均水平之间的差价约为 0.16 美元。假设其他一切都一致，我们可以预期纽约的汽油价格将比美国平均水平低约 0.08 美元加仑。
