交易员必备的四大能力
1. 自律---自律是一个最基本的必备能力，因为交易就两个方向：多和空。如果交易没有纪律，做100单，你前面99单做对盈利，但最后一单做错，但没有严格的止损计划，那前面99单的盈利将归零和爆仓。
2.白愈---做交易，不管你多资深，做了多久，亏损甚至爆仓是避免不了的。所以，如果你没有一个好的心态去快速忘掉亏损做单振作起来，而是沉迷于过去的错误当中，那你永远也成为不了一个优秀的交易员。
3.自省---俗话说，同样的错误可以犯一次甚至二次，但绝不能犯第三次。作为一个优秀的交易员，一定是善于自省总结改进的人，只有这样，才有成为一个优秀的交易员的基因。
4.自悟---做任何一个事情，天赋可以不及人，但自我学习的能力必须具备，要善于学习别人的长处，经常总结自己的错误，找出不同品种和标的物的走势规律，从而形成自己的交易系统，成为那盈利的5%的一群人。
