FCA对Lodestone Partners等四家未注册实体发出警告

近日，英国金融行为监管局（FCA）发布警告提醒投资者注意，Lodestone Partners、MWT、CAPITALONEFX、ICMARKETINGFX四家实体进行了需经FCA授权的业务活动，但这些实体从未获得FCA授权或在FCA注册，上述公司在没有FCA监管的情况下运营业务。具体信息如下：

FCA提醒投资者审慎对待被列入黑名单的公司的各项金融业务，并建议投资者仅与已获FCA授权的金融公司打交道。

与此同时，FCA授权公司Vector Wealth Ltd进入破产管理阶段，MHA MacIntyre Hudson LLP的James Alexander Snowdon和Michael Colin JohnSanders被任命为Vector Wealth Ltd的联合管理人。

Vector Wealth Ltd是一家FCA授权公司，向投资者发行了一种名为“Absolute Return ForexBond”的迷你债券。该迷你债券营销内容为，债券收益将用于通过货币对交易为投资者创造回报。然而最终投资者并未收到任何回报。

管理人将对Vector Wealth Ltd旗下资产进行评估，并在任命后8周内向债券持有人发送资金分配建议等信息。FCA表示，Vector Wealth Ltd已经进入管理阶段，但金融服务补偿计划（FSCS）不太可能基于该公司未能偿还迷你债券而支付索赔，原因是发行迷你债券本身不是一项受监管活动。
