支付公司Resolve获2500万美元战略投资
支付初创公司Resolve日前宣布已获得2500万美元的战略股权投资，该轮融资由纽约全球风险资本和私募股权公司Insight Partners领投。
Resolve强调，新资金将用于扩大其平台和团队。该公司希望提供嵌入式企业对企业“先买后付”(BNPL) 解决方案。
除了Insight Partners，现有投资者Initialized Capital、KSD Capital、Haystack VC、Commerce Ventures和Clocktower Ventures也参与了此次融资。今年早些时候，Resolve获得了总计6000万美元的资产和股权融资。
在过去几年里，现购后付(BNPL)市场广受欢迎。因此，几个主要的金融组织都计划通过收购或扩大其现有基础设施进入该市场。今年8月，全球领先金融服务公司Square宣布将收购澳大利亚BNPL解决方案供应商Afterpay。
