Monex集团全股收购Viling
日本Monex集团日前宣布完成对Viling公司的全股份收购。
通过收购，Monex进入教育行业。该集团今年早些时候修订了其业务范围，并确立了通过有效的教育工具支持个人的目标。
Viling从2013年开始从事STEAM教育。除了教育材料和内容，该公司还有自己的教室，持有特许经营牌照。
今年10月，Monex推出财富管理服务。
为了提供优质的教育服务，Monex集团将其资源与Viiling在STEAM教育方面的专业知识相结合。
