俄罗斯央行将对数字卢布交易收取费用
据了解，俄罗斯央行将对所有央行数字货币(CBDC)交易收取费用，费率将低于电汇。
此外，数字卢布交易的手续费不会高于通过俄罗斯快速支付系统(FPS)完成的交易，FPS是一个银行间即时转账系统。在FPS中，转账金额超过1360美元的部分只收取0.5%的佣金。
截至目前，数字卢布项目的细节仍未公布，俄罗斯央行内部还在讨论如何推出CBDC。该行计划将数字卢布存储在一个特殊的加密钱包中，预计将在明年1月推出该平台的原型。
今年早些时候，该国央行首次公布了发展数字卢布原型的计划。
去年10月，俄罗斯央行发布了一份咨询文件，将数字卢布描述为“现金和非现金之外的另一种货币形式”，首次正式确认了央行对数字卢布的兴趣。
