欧元兑英镑周二收盘大幅震荡回落后，今日开盘维持在0.8423附近，由于英国零售销售数据整体利好，带动英镑上涨动能，欧元走盘下行承压。
本周欧洲央行ECB将召开利率决议，市场普遍认为欧央仍准备鸽派做法，可能将与下周美联储缩减购债计划大相径庭，因此欧元短线上涨空间有限。部分市场及分析师认为在欧洲央行决议后，卖出欧元将会是最明智的策略。
昨日财经事件数据方面，英国工业联合会CBI公布10月零售销售差值比预期值上升至30，预期指数增加至35，表明消费支出增加，带动零售商销售产量。此外，西班牙9月生产者物价指数PPI年月率皆超出前值至23.6%和5.2%，反映出生产物价成本有明显上升。
从上方压制(上方阻力) 0.8420，0.8470；从下行方向看，下方支撑0.8380。
