Valereum Blockchain计划收购GSX 80%股权
收购计划的财务细节没有披露。目前拥有GSX的全球证券交易所集团（Global Stock Exchange Group）将保留其余20%的股份。Valereum计划建立直布罗陀证券交易所，成为世界上第一个完全监管的法币和数字交易所。
直布罗陀是世界上发展最快的加密地区之一。在过去的几个月里，区块链技术和数字资产在直布罗陀的应用急剧增加。
据Valereum称，GSX将是世界上第一个建立起连接法币和加密货币市场的无缝且完全受监管的交易所。Valereum认为，这一整合将促进加密货币持有者的投资组合多样化。
“我们已经将GSX发展成为一个对高评级发行人有吸引力的目的地，迄今已批准了2500多只证券，总价值近50亿美元。我们欢迎Valereum收购GSX 80%股权的选择，并期待为实现Valereum的目标做出贡献。”GSX集团首席执行官Nick Cowan说。
