一，7：40 美加，想做四小时孕线上破，打算下单时想起要先写交易计划，写交易计划能让自己冷静思考，确实发现就一个入场理由，不适合入场交易，晚上一看幸好没有手动入场，否则就又损了一笔，如果按规则也不会入场，也能避免损失。

周线站上8日均线，日线昨天是看跌PINBAR 今天先减仓，等PINBAR上破再加回来，但是今天减仓减早了，应该等回抽昨天PINBAR50%再减，设两个提醒，突破新高加仓提醒，回抽结构加仓提醒。
二，晚上，做了三个品种的0.01手，没有交易计划，原因是看好未来行情，没有好的入场点位，先入点留个仓位在车上，后来一想这样操作不对，虽然止损可控，但是违背自己的入场规则，没有做交易计划，就算是0.01手也需要先写交易计划，市场无限不要在意错过几个行情，做自己能把握的行情。加强改变自己的贪，急心态
三，GBPJPY的加仓单挂上了，发现做外汇关键的是沉的住气，不能着急，错过了说明无缘，不可惜，否则可能买在最高位，卖在最低位，
