《存款保险条例》第二条：在中华人民共和国境内设立的商业银行、农村合作银行、农村信用合作社等吸收存款的银行业金融机构（以下统称投保机构），应当依照本条例的规定投保存款保险
附录 2：
《存款保险条例》第五条：存款保险实行限额偿付，最高偿付限额为人民币 50 万元。
第十九条：存款保险基金管理机构应当依照本条例的规定，在前款规定情形发生之日起 7 个工作日内足额偿付存款
