周一（9月27日），美国众议院还将就3.5万亿美元基建预算框架进行最终投票。
周四（9月30日），中国国家统计局将公布9月中国制造业采购经理指数（PMI），随后9月财新制造业PMI也将公布。
央行方面，欧洲央行行长拉加德将于周一和周二分别发表讲话；周二，美联储主席鲍威尔出现美国参议院银行、住房和城市事务委员会举行的听证会；周三，美国财长耶伦在全美商业经济协会年会发表讲话，英国央行行长贝利、日本央行行长黑田东彦、欧洲央行行长拉加德、美联储主席鲍威尔在欧洲央行金融论坛小组上发表讲话；2021年FOMC票委、亚特兰大联储主席博斯蒂克将于周三和周四发表讲话。
但众议员民主党内部陷入了一场政治拉锯战，成员们在一揽子计划的总体框架和政策细节上仍存在分歧，温和派和激进派议员都表示，他们不太可能在下周众议院投票前达成协议。
数据方面，周一美国将公布8月耐用品订单数据；周二中国将公布8月规模以上工业企业利润；周四美国将公布第二季度实际GDP数据；周五欧元区将公布9月CPI数据，美国将公布8月核心PCE物价指数。
