Morning market update 22 09 2021:
Was a flat session last night with building data out of the US coming in better than expected and the DXY touching 93.00 before pushing back to 93.18 as the equity markets were neutral as we wait for the FOMC Meeting at 02:00 GMT+8. This morning there is the BoJ Press Conference and Monetary Policy Statement both out at 10:00 GMT+8, keeping the USDJPY on watch as it holds to the near 109.00 flat are that has been bought up recently. China resumes trading after the last two days off with the Mid Autumn Festival and the Dalian Iron Ore price will be updated to help with providing a catalyst for the AUDUSD as it hovers aorund the 0.7230 support level.
