古巴央行发布监管加密货币决议
古巴央行发布了一项官方决议，正式规范了整个古巴的商业交易中加密货币的使用。据报道，新决议还为处理古巴境内和境外交易的数字资产服务提供商提供了一个法律框架。
古巴央行表示：“为此，决议将数字价值代表作为虚拟资产，可以进行数字交易或转移，并用于支付或投资。”不过，古巴央行警告称，任何与加密货币相关的交易都是在传统金融系统之外进行的，其管理“会给货币政策和金融稳定带来风险”。
此外，古巴央行强调，虚拟货币的去中心化性质是支持加密货币价格“高波动性”的因素之一。“该决议还补充说，考虑到在这类网络中注册的用户的过度匿名性，以及使用他们而产生的交易，这样的程序也意味着被用来资助犯罪活动的风险，”古巴央行补充说。
据报道，今年8月，古巴央行有意制定一套规则，以识别和监管该国的加密货币和加密行业本身。古巴政府期待制定指导方针，向加密货币相关提供商发放许可证。
据报道，由于缺乏通过传统方式向海外汇款和接收资金的选择，古巴的初创公司正在使用比特币(BTC)、以太坊(ETH)和其他加密货币。
许多古巴公民在国外工作，每个月都把宝贵的储备金寄给家人。
