收购了，有没有完全收购
9月9日晚间，有人在微博发布消息称雅居乐将被央企保利地产收购，近期已经完成尽调。
针对此传闻，9月10日，雅居乐迅速在微博发布声明，称其留意到“保利收雅居乐”等消息及类似言论在网络上传播，表示“该消息完全不实，纯属谣言”，已造成公众误解，并对公司形象造成了不良影响。目前已就此事向有关部门举报，并将通过相关法律手段维护自身的合法权益。
此后有媒体向保利地产进行求证，而保利的回复却是：不能说有，也不能说没有，如果达到条件，公司会进行公告。
这一回复，让雅居乐陷入了尴尬的境地
更有意思的是，9月11日下午，雅居乐再度在微博发布一则律师声明，表示要追究造谣者的责任。不过，该条微博很快又被撤下，不知道是何原因？
看来传言并非空穴来风，问题是雅居乐为什么会陷入被收购的传言？
事实上，被收购未尝不是一件好事，而雅居乐之所以不想公开，估计还是想争取更多的权益，至于保利这个回应等于变相逼着雅居乐让步。
