Equiti英国获得母公司1000万美元注资
金融服务供应商Equiti集团的英国子公司Equiti Capital UK日前宣布，已从母公司Equiti Group获得1000万美元注资。
据了解，该公司将使用该笔资金来支持一系列战略业务举措。
Equiti Capital最近聘请Paul Webb担任首席运营官(COO)。Webb是一名业内资深人士，在国际金融市场拥有近20年的经验。
1000万美元的注资将加强Equiti UK的资产负债表，并支持一些战略业务扩张计划。此次新股发行不会改变公司的控股，因为这是Equiti Group直接认购。
Equiti集团CEO Iskandar Najjar表示，该集团在上半年显著增长，计划在2022年第一季度推出多资产解决方案。
在谈到对今年下半年和2022年全年的预期时，Najjar称：“我们今年表现强劲，三季度将会有更多员工加入团队。我们将大幅提升客户体验和扩大平台产品。”
