Robinhood IPO目标估值350亿美元
总部位于加州的Robinhood已经向美国证券交易委员会（SEC) 提交了修改后的首次公开募股(IPO)文件，该公司的市场估值高达350亿美元。
周一公布的监管文件显示，这家经纪公司将在IPO中出售5500万股股票，每股定价区间在38美元至42美元之间。这将使该公司的市值达到350亿美元。该公司希望通过IPO筹集至多23亿美元的资金。
该公司上一次估值为117亿美元，是在2020年8月结束的一轮私募股权融资中。
与此同时，嘉信理财当前市值为1300亿美元，而盈透证券价值260亿美元。
此外，最新的文件还披露了Robinhood的许多其他关键业务指标。据估计，该公司有2250万个资金账户，较2021年第一季度的1800万个有显著增长。
该经纪公司还预计其2021年第二季度的收入将在5.46亿美元至5.74亿美元之间。
