Visa将以7亿美元收购支付初创公司Currencycloud
Visa日前宣布，已就收购英国B2B支付初创公司Currencycloud达成最终协议。
Visa是Currencycloud的现有合作伙伴和投资者，该公司估值为7亿英镑(包括现金和留用奖励)。
总部位于伦敦的Currencycloud为银行和金融服务商提供基于云的API，允许他们提供货币兑换服务，还提供外汇交易、多货币钱包和虚拟账户管理的实时通知。
Currencycloud称其业务遍及180个国家，为近500家银行和技术客户提供支持。
完成收购后，Currencycloud仍将继续在伦敦运营，并将由其现有的管理团队领导。
