为什么大部分人交易很频繁，容易产生报复性交易？
人们之所以过度交易，原因都不一样，大体上可以分为两类。
第一类属于情绪性决策，主要是受到恐惧、贪婪、追求刺激等情绪的主导。
有些人只是为了想要交易而不断进行交易，这种现象经常发生在当日交易者的身上。某些人就是不能控制交易的冲动。他们认为如果不随时持有部位，就可能错失机会或不能充分掌握机会。如果在场外观望，他们就会觉得浑身不自在。
有些人过度交易是为了追求刺激，有些人是为了挽回先前的损失。导致过度交易的第二种力量，与交易者本身比较无关，而是交易环境的问题。
举例来说，网络交易、行情波动转剧、经纪人不断鼓吹，都可能促成过度交易。当然，情绪仍然是造成过度交易的因素之一，但相对于环境因素，情绪已经变得比较次要。
虽然造成过度交易的表面原因很多
但
根本原因只有一个：缺乏纪律规范，不能严格遵循交易计划。
