The tools I use to improve my trading psychology This may seem a bit left of field but these are areas worth looking into if you find you can't stay calm when in front of the charts and your decision making process is compromised. 1). Brain wave tracks (Alpha for during)(Theta to relax after) 2). Lucid dreaming if you want to escape life's stress and feel refreshed after sleep. 3). Positive self affirmations where you spend a few minutes before market open telling your self to stick with your plan and that you are a good trader.
