Plus500收购Cunningham Commodities
在线差价合约经纪商Plus500日前宣布将收购美国受监管期货交易委员会(FCM)企业Cunningham Commodities，同时收购技术交易平台Cunningham trading Systems。
根据官方公告，此次收购是Plus500首次进入美国期货及期权市场。 Plus500计划扩大在美国市场的产品范围。
Plus500表示将专注于向全球多元资产金融科技集团过渡。这项最新收购预计将在2021年第三季度完成，但要满足相应条件和获得监管部门的批准。
收购总价近3000万美元，Plus500报告了2021年一季度强劲的财务业绩，收入达到2.032亿美元，环比增长121％。
Cunningham Commodities 总部位于伊利诺伊州，去年，该公司总收入约为1900万美元，税前利润约为60万美元。
上个月，Plus500提议任命全球知名经济学家Jacob A. Frenkel为公司董事会主席。
