1）看对方向，赚不来钱。频繁止损，每次亏损较大。由于杠杆较大，时机对期货极其重要。在一个行情的上涨趋势中，行情上下震荡4%，是很常见。但如果你重仓，甚至满仓，那么4%的波动，会导致你账号损失30%多，损失较大，因此可能在没等到4%的时候，你就被迫出局。结果震荡之后，行情又延续着原有的上涨趋势。结果看对了方向，但没赚钱，而且还亏了不少。事实验证：80%的止损 都是能抗回来的。
2）遇到黑天鹅，可能让你多年来的盈利“一夜归零”， 黑天鹅虽然极少发生，但一年发生几次，也正常，你虽然好多年成功躲避，但几年遇上一次，也正常。你此前即使赚了几十倍，几百倍，但一旦遇到一次黑天鹅，没给你离场的机会；或者你失去理智，不忍心砍掉。短短的几天，连续两个跌停，或者跌个10%，足以回归到零。
3）重仓，一次止损，亏损较大，你的心态可能变坏 ，重仓后，回撤30% 就常见，你的心态容易非理性，急于赚回，结果陷入了越急、越亏，越亏、越急的恶性循环
