Bursa Saham Asia Melonjak Sambut Keputusan The Fed Pertahankan Suku Bunga Acuan
Liputan6.com, Jakarta - Bursa saham Asia menyambut keputusan bank sentral Amerika Serikat (AS) atau the Federal Reserve (the Fed) yang mempertahankan suku bunga acuan mendekati nol.
Di bursa saham Asia, indeks saham Nikkei 225 naik 1,4 persen, sedangkan indeks saham Topix menguat 0,93 persen. Indeks saham Korea Selatan Kospi mendaki 1,17 persen dan indeks saham Kosdaq bertambah 0,83 persen.
Sedangkan bursa saham Australia bergejolak. Indeks saham ASX 200 melemah 0,26 persen seiring sebagian besar sektor saham tertekan. Akan tetapi, sektor saham energi dan material masing-masing naik 0,59 persen dan 0,45 persen.
Bursa saham Amerika Serikat (AS) atau wall street menguat sehingga mendorong indeks saham Dow Jones menyentuh posisi di atas 33.000 untuk pertama kali. Sedangkan imbal hasil obligasi AS turun dari posisi tertinggi sebelumnya.
