黄金盘主：震
持仓策略：短空短多；
黄金周五说到盘面在50下方偏空一些，结果盘面向上突破尝试日线压力1875再次回落；小时盘继续震荡区间1868-1849；日线震荡1875-1835；目前处在震荡高位附近，有信号可以去参与震荡空，下方减仓位在1849；1935；周五预期后面是要想某个方向突破的，目前来看只能继续等待了；高空低多减仓等大方向的到来；
欧美盘主：震
持仓策略：常空短多
欧美周五说到震荡盘，后面震荡高点和低点都上移，没有走出趋势走势；所以后期继续震荡操作，注意震荡低点如果这个点被破的话后面就是跌盘，不排除趋势从此开始；
镑美盘主：震
持仓策略：短空短多
镑美继续震荡，等待突破方向，高位有信号继续空；（按信号，设止损，亏不加）
原油盘主：震
持仓策略：常空短多
原油继续震荡，有向下尝试；有信号继续空；
