英国行长贝利：第三轮封城对英国经济的风险冲击未知

英国银行行长贝利表示，英国脱欧及政府实施第三度封城，对英国经济带来的影响仍未可以预估。
贝利在出席国会金融政策委员会听证会作证时表示，英国第四季的经济较预期理想，而网购活动抵销了第二次封城对消费市场的影响。
至于本星期开始的第三轮封城行动对英国经济带来什么程度的影响，他表示暂时难以估计。
在脱欧问题上，他表示脱欧贸易协议内容与央行的预期大致接近，而近期看到约数千份金融业的职位流失。
他暂时估计，脱欧长远可能令英国经济损失大约4%。当地疫情持续，与及政府进行封城行动，将令消费市场难免受到影响。与此同时，购物消费旺季已过，将令当地消费市场有进一步转弱的风险。
因此，不排除央行于今年上半年需要考虑进一步加码宽松货币政策，以刺激英国经济。
