Output minyak Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) pada bulan Desember naik 280.000 barel per hari (bph) menjadi 25,69 juta disebabkan oleh pasokan yang lebih tinggi dari Libya dan Uni Emirat Arab, menurut survei Reuters pada hari Rabu.
"OPEC menyatakan kepatuhan pada janji pemangkasan output OPEC+ adalah 99% pada bulan Desember, turun dari 102% pada bulan November," catat Reuters lebih lanjut dan menambahkan bahwa Arab Saudi mempertahankan pasokan minyaknya tetap di bawah 9 juta bph pada bulan Desember.

Harga minyak mentah tidak menunjukkan reaksi langsung terhadap laporan ini dan per barel West texas Intermediate terakhir terlihat naik 0,3% hari ini di $49,95.
