根据官方声明，这家总部位于阿布扎比的金融服务公司在最近被国际控股公司（International Holding Company）收购后，更名为International Securities。
2020年，International Securities在阿布扎比证券交易所（ADX）和迪拜金融市场（DFM）的总交易量为570亿迪拉姆。目前，该公司在阿联酋经纪公司中的总市场份额超过20%。
