商务部：中欧投资协定所有规则都双向适用
e公司讯，商务部条法司司长李詠箑30日在中外媒体吹风会上说，中欧投资协定中，双方都拿出了高水平和互惠的市场准入承诺，所有的规则也都是双向适用的。在作出开放承诺的同时，中欧双方也十分注重保留必要的监管权。
