周日英国首相约翰逊宣布上调伦敦以及英国东南部分地区防疫等级至四级，言外之意进入全面封锁状态，欧洲多国暂停往返英国的列车以及航班，同时在上周末英国发现的一种变异新冠病毒比普通新冠病毒传染性高70%；参议院共和党领袖今日早间表示两党就9000亿美元的新刺激协议达成一致，这是美国历史上第二大的刺激协议。
股市方面，美国三大股指上周五从各自的纪录高位回落，但周线上仍然全部录得上涨；欧洲各主要地区股指也悉数录得下跌。

商品方面，黄金实现三周连涨，上周涨超40美金，短线方面上方仍然具有一定的动能，上方继续关注1910一线的阻力作用；白银较黄金更为强势，上周大涨超过7%，如果站稳26美元关口或进一步打开上行空间；美国原油自49.2高位回落，但整体仍处于上升节奏中；比特币上周大涨超过4000美元，不断创出历史新高，目前交投于23500美元附近。
