OANDA成立马耳他子公司 允许英国客户迁移
外汇经纪商OANDA日前为英国脱欧做准备，该公司在马耳他的新子公司OANDA Europe Markets (OEM)已获得马耳他金融服务管理局的许可。
此外，OANDA还允许其英国公司OANDA Europe Limited（OEL）的客户移到马耳他新子公司，客户也可以选择继续留在英国子公司。
希望转移业务到OEM的客户需要从12月22日起申请一个新帐户。
三个月前，OANDA收购波兰经纪公司Dom Maklerski TMS Brokers（又名TMS Brokers）。TMS成立于1997年，是波兰历史最悠久，本地第二大的经纪公司，受波兰金融监管局（KNF）的监管，可进入欧盟市场。
当时，OANDA可能会进行更多收购，TMS是OANDA希望在未来几年内完成的一系列战略收购中的第一笔。
在Bambury的领导下，公司在经营结构上进行了变革，扩大了产品供应，增加了营销投资以推动进一步增长。
OANDA和其他经纪平台都在为英国脱欧做准备，建立新的欧洲基地。
