四季：英脱欧好消息，磅美上涨
一年里尚且有四季交替，更何况是金融市场，我是四季，春夏秋冬的四季。
基本面：英国正朝着与欧盟达成脱欧协议的方向迈进。英镑兑美元受到提振，涨幅一度扩大至1%。重要的转折点是英国放弃了推动渔船重新国有化，淡化了一项关于脱欧后捕鱼权的关键要求，即当前悬挂英国国旗的渔船未来应由英国人持有多数股权。根据明年的新捕鱼安排，这些渔船的捕获量将会增加，该问题的解决是朝着达成协议迈出的重要一步。
技术面：日图呈V字反弹回升，受到布林带上轨1.349阻力，昨日收大阳线，均线上扬，有金叉的可能性，MACD快慢线也要交汇，形成金叉，负值能量柱缩减，涨势还是比较明显的。
4小时图看，K线在上轨和均线的上行通道中，明显呈多头趋势，但是布林带上轨形成阻力，很难突破。MACD快慢线在0轴上方继续上行，能量柱继续变长，涨势很旺。
综上，建议逢低做多，1.347附近多单进场，目标1.355，防守1.344。
