FDA周五通过辉瑞紧急应用申请，首批疫苗已开始发送。国会继续就第二轮刺激案进行协商。下周就是圣诞长假，市场乐观情形回升，股指盘前大幅跳涨。个股盘前普涨，但幅度比较平均。
-蔚来汽车确定增发价格$39/股, NIO-6%。德银给出小鹏买入评级，目标价$58，XPEV+3%。
-Google多项服务今天早上出现故障。
-制药AZN-6%出价$390亿收购ALXN+30%。游戏EA拟$12亿全现金收购英国Codemasters，TTWO称将重新考虑此前收购意向。区域银行TCF拟$60亿收购HBAN。DBX+8%
-PSA确认Elliott大量入股。SPCE称首次非常未能达到目标，股价-18%。AIV周五将剔除出标普成分股，为TSLA让路。
