英国与欧盟最后关头未能就脱欧协议达成一致。FDA专家委员会给辉瑞疫苗开绿灯。
-DIS称Disney+用户达到8680万，股价+8%再创历史新高（这是一家我们多次称可以压箱底留给孙子的股票，不过很多号称要中长期投资的群友喜欢天天放烟花的公司）。
-电动汽车： 蔚来宣布增发新股NIO-6%。这样小鹏、理想、特斯拉和蔚来就都趁股价飙升完成了新一轮融资。
-苹果宣布自行制造Modem替代高通产品，QCOM-4%。后者前面几年时间打官司提高专利费，现在尝到恶果了。
-大公司财报：零售COST和LULU业绩均超预期，股价变化不大。软件巨人ORCL盈利超预期，营收平预期。芯片龙头AVGO营收略高于预期，盈利超预期，但是指引较保守，股价下挫。
-盘前股指大幅低开，连续第三天回落调整。周末 毕肯周报 和周三/四盘前提示都警告过大家，大盘走出上升WEDGE形态。11月份以来大盘上涨过快，需要休整一下，不要恐慌。中长期投资者继续关注经济复苏板块中龙头股调整建仓机会。Active Trader注意多空转换节奏。
